Your administrator may have configured your system to require a PIN
if your Vina
app is inactive for a specified period of time.
If you have enabled Touch ID
on your device, and your administrator has authorized it for use, you can use it instead of supplying the PIN.
Your administrator may have created a PIN for you, or you can define one yourself.
See Setting a PIN for more details.
When you have not provided your PIN, you can accept incoming calls and view alarm notifications, but you cannot
accept an alarm until you have provided your
Touch ID or PIN.
Your system administrator specifies the amount of inactive time before a PIN is required.

enabled or do not want to use it, a dialog box appears that asks you to provide your PIN. Type your PIN in the field provided.
If you are seeing this screen because you are using a shared device and another person was
previously using it, tap Logout to log out. You can then log in using your username.
For information on setting up
Touch ID for use with
Vina,
see Enabling Touch ID.

If you have forgotten your PIN, tap Forgot PIN. A screen appears that asks
you to provide your login password. Type this password to activate
