When you have accepted an alarm or are viewing it before you accept or decline it, you view the Alarm Details screen, which displays detailed information for the alarm.
The Alarm header contains the context of the alarm, which can be a patient or a location.
The background color for the ribbon in the Alarm Details screen depends on the priority of the alarm:

To add a participant to the conversation based on this alarm, tap the Chat link in the ribbon at the top of the screen.
When adding a participant, you can:
- Use a Patient Events or Location Events template to send a message. See Using a Template for more details on templates.
- Add a care team member to the conversation, if your administrator has granted you permission to view patient data.
- Add any staff member to the conversation.
If you are viewing an alarm but have not accepted or declined it, tap Accept/Decline to receive the alarm again.
