If you have a message template that you use frequently, you can set it as a favorite. Favorite templates appear at the top of the template list.

In the Secure Messages screen, tap the Compose icon at the top right of the screen.
The list of templates appears.

Tap the star next to the template that you want to set as a favorite.
The template moves to the top of the list, along with any other templates that you have marked as favorites.
