Transferring a Call

If you are on a call, you can transfer the call to another user or group, or to a phone number that you specify.

  1. While on a call, tap Transfer.
  2. From the options screen that appears, select either Transfer to Number or Transfer to User or Group.

    Tap Cancel to cancel the call transfer.

  3. If you have selected Transfer to Number, enter the phone number to which you want to transfer the call and tap Transfer.
  4. If you have selected Transfer to User or Group, a Contacts screen appears that enables you to select where to transfer the call.

    From this screen:

    1. Filter the recipient list using one of the following options, available at the top left of the screen:
      • Favorites: Show favorites only.
      • Contacts: Show all contacts.
    2. If you have a large number of contacts to choose from, use the Search field to type the first few characters of the name of the contact to which you want to send a message. Each character that you type performs an incremental search displaying a list of closest matching contacts.
    3. Tap a contact name to transfer the call to this user or group.
