Forwarding Calls

You can specify that calls are to be forwarded to another contact. You can forward all calls, unanswered calls, or calls when you are unavailable.

Note: Your call forwarding remains in place if you log out and then log in again.
  1. Tap your profile picture to display the user profile.
    Note: If you do not have a profile picture, tap your initials.

    The User Profile screen appears.

  2. Select Call Forwarding to enable call forwarding.

    A screen appears that enables you to select how you want to forward your calls.

  3. In the Select Forwarding section, tap one of the following options to indicate where you want to forward your calls:
    • Voicemail: forward your calls to the voicemail on your phone.

    • User or Group: forward your calls to a user or group that you specify. When you tap this option, a screen appears that enables to select a user or group.

      This screen is similar to the Contacts screen. As in the Contacts screen, a toggle switch enables you to select whether to choose from your Favorites list or from a list of all Contacts.

    • Office Phone: forward your calls to your office phone number.

    • Cell Phone: forward your calls to your cell phone number.

    • Home Phone: forward your calls to your home phone number.

    • Other Phone: forward your calls to another number that you specify. A screen appears that enables you to provide this number.

  4. In the Forwarding Options section, tap one of the following options to indicate what calls you want to have forwarded:
    • All Calls: forward all of your calls.

    • Unanswered Calls: forward unanswered calls only.

    • When I am Offline: forward calls only when you are not available.

  5. Tap Done to enable call forwarding.
Note: If you set Do Not Disturb for Calls, call forwarding is suspended.
