You can do more from the Call screen than make a call using the Genie.
You can:
- Call a phone number or extension if this is supported in your system.
- Use a department name or role when making a call.
- Call or urgently call a contact.
- Call an entry in the Global Address Book.
- Call or urgently call the members of a Voice Group.
- Place a second call.
- Switch between active calls.
