On-Call Integrations-Integration APIs

Integration APIs allow an external system to integrate into Vocera Edge org services on-call scheduling.

The external system, via the Integration API, pushes a list of schedules and services into Org Services. Each time a schedule or service is modified, an update is sent to Org Services. As shift assignments change, these updates are loaded into Org Services.

For example, a hospital may use On Call Integration APIs to integrate with one of their in-house scheduling applications.
