Vocera Edge Communications Application, a cloud-based solution for smartphones, enhances care team mobility and simplifies the work at the point of care through effective, reliable, clinical workflows and communication. With Vocera Edge Communications Application, clinicians can document to the EHR while receiving filtered, prioritized alarm and task notifications. Physicians can easily locate and communicate with the nurse and team members supporting their patients, saving time with each connection.
When the Communications module is enabled, caregivers can perform communication activities (such as text messaging and voice calls) directly from the application.
