| Handling Calls Using C1000 Minibadge | |
You can discretely summon help in urgent situations. A panic call sends out a one-way broadcast call to the assigned group. You can locate the panic caller using a voice command so that help can arrive quickly.
To place a panic call, press the Panic Call button on the C1000 Minibadge. An urgent broadcast call is placed to the emergency broadcast group and the receiver would hear the urgent broadcast chime
Your C1000 Minibadge also produces a pulse vibration till the call is connected.
When the panic call is connected, the C1000 Minibadge of the initiator vibrates for 500ms. When the call is in progress, the C1000 Minibadge of the initiator pulse vibrates for 50ms every 3 seconds to indicate the call is still connected.
To locate a panic caller:
The C1000 Minibadge enunciates the access point location name along with the initiator name, and connects you back to the call.

If you receive the panic call while on a call, the C1000 Minibadge automatically reconnects you to the call after the enunciation.
