If you suspect that a C1000 Minibadge is not working properly, you can run the Quick Test utility to diagnose possible problems. Vocera recommends that you run the Quick Test before contacting Vocera Technical Support to report a problem with the badge.
To perform a Quick Test, following the steps:
The Minibadge vibrates.
The device enunciates "Entering Quick test mode."
