Enabling Extension Mobility for the Device

Select Bulk Administration in the navigation menu, then select Phones > Phone Template from the drop-down menus.

Use the query fields in the Phone panel to search for a template.

Select the Phone template.

Ensure Device Mobility Mode is set to Default or On for each phone configuration's Device Information.

Select Enable Extension Mobility in Extension Information.
