About Vocera Ease application
The Vocera Ease application provides hospitals the means to communicate in a convenient and secure way. Digital boards and templatized care-transition messages do not do enough to calm anxiety. The Ease application provides an important bridge between the care team and family by sending one-way HIPAA compliant messages, photos, and videos. It integrates into workflows, reduces calls, and makes it easy for loved ones to provide feedback.

ESD-3974 When logging into an Ease facility for which multi-factor authentication has been specified, facility administrators now no longer receive a duplicate One Time Password (OTP) email containing an invalid code.
