Hold Vocera Call For Cellular Call
If you are in a Vocera call and receive a cellular call, you can now place the Vocera call on hold while you answer the cellular call. If you already have a Vocera call on hold, it is dropped.
Coverage Request
You can now request that another contact is to cover for you during a specified period of time that you are unavailable. This feature is available when the server has been configured to grant this permission.
Template Access
A configuration option on the server now enables you to include a Template icon on the Home screen. You can tap this icon to display your templates more quickly.
Calling External Contacts
An administrator can now define commonly-used phone numbers and store them in the system as contacts.
When a contact has been made available, you can call it directly from your
Panic Call in API
The
Groups Viewable from System Settings
From the System Settings page, you can now tap "My Groups" to display a list of the groups of which you are a member. You can also remove yourself from groups from this page.
EMM Support

use it to specify the domain name or IP address for all
Leaving Created Alarm
If you are the originator of an alarm, you can now leave it as well as complete it. This is useful when an alarm can have multiple recipients.
Template Recipient Selection
When you are using a template to create a message, and you are asked to specify a recipient of the message that you create, you can now search for people or groups matching text that you specify, select an individual person as the recipient, or specify a group as the recipient.
Join or Leave Group
If your administrator has granted you permission, you can join a group, or you can leave a group of which you are a member.
This release includes the following important changes.

Non-Patient is now the default left tab in the Home screen.
In previous versions, Archive was the default left tab. You can still edit the system settings to specify Archive as the left tab if needed.

This release includes the following known issues and limitations for versions of
UC-9008 If your device is using Android 9 or 10, and you have set the Restrict Notification setting in the Do Not Disturb settings list to "No visuals or sound from notifications", an urgent priority alert notification may appear only briefly on the screen before vanishing. To work around this problem, set your Restrict Notification setting to "No sounds from notifications".
