* Vocera Genie screen appears when playing voicemail

* Can specify multiple recipients in templates
When you are using a template to generate an alarm, you can now specify that the alarm is to be sent to multiple recipients.
* Recipient search results may be organized into sections

Call-only listings in search results
When you are starting a new call or chat, call-only listings are now included in search results.
Multi-person chats only appear when message sent
If someone starts a group chat or multi-person chat that includes you, the chat does not appear on your Home screen until a message is sent in this chat.
Connection status display improvements
If you are having a connection problem, a broken connection icon now appears at the top of the screen instead of a status banner. One or more icons at the bottom of the Home screen may be disabled, depending on your connection problem. You can now tap a disabled icon to display a connection status message.
Message time stamp clarification
Messages in a conversation that were received on the previous day now are marked with a date stamp of "Yesterday".
Conversation now indicates who has left
When someone leaves a multi-person conversation in which you are a participant, a message is displayed in the conversation log, from which you can add this person back to the conversation. The conversation log also indicates when no other participants are remaining in the conversation.
Multiple added participants not listed in conversation log
If you create a conversation with more than four participants or add more than four participants to an existing conversation, the new participants are not individually listed in the message log. This makes the message log easier to read. The list of participants remains available in the conversation's Info tab.
* Audio can now be muted on video calls
You can now mute your audio when in a video call.
* Video not shared when app in background
If you are on a video call, video is paused when a participant in the call puts the app in the background.
Conversation participants organized
The list of participants in a conversation is now divided into two groups: a list of active participants and a list of past participants who have left the conversation since you last logged in.
Conversation priority on Home screen simplified
On the Home screen, conversations in the New section are sorted based on their priority order first and then chronologically. All read conversations are displayed in chronological order.
When selected, the PLC Prioritized system option sorts patient-based conversations in the New section above other conversations.
Audio mode specification simplified
If you place or receive a call while using a headset or a Bluetooth device, the audio is now routed through that device. Broadcast calls are routed to the speaker by default, and other calls are routed to the handset.
Conversation participants highlighted if all messages unread
If a conversation has started in which you are a participant, and you have not read any of the messages in the conversation, the Home screen displays the participants of the conversation in black instead of gray. This makes it easier to become aware of new conversations that include you.
