The VCS user experience has now been improved for devices with large screens, such as the iPhone X, and for the iOS 13 operating system.

Text can be copied and pasted in message conversations and alerts.
You can now copy existing text from a conversation or alert and paste it into another conversation.
This text cannot be pasted into apps other than
* You can now define fields to be included in message templates.
When you create a message using a message template, the system administrator can define one or more fields that are to be included in messages that are generated from this template. Any of these fields can be set to be required fields. When fields are supplied, the field labels and text are included in the message body.
* Do Not Disturb now provides a timer capability.
You can now indicate that you are not to be disturbed by either messages or calls for a specified period of time.
* Patient name now included on Secure Messages screen if available and no subject defined.
If a message has no message subject, and patient information has been provided for the message, the patient name is now displayed on the Secure Messages screen where the subject is normally displayed. The patient name does not become the message subject.
Remind Me Later option now available for messages of Normal priority.
You can now use a profile option to enable the Remind Me Later capability for messages of Normal priority.

When viewing a patient care team, if no role has been specified for a care team member, the team member's job title is displayed.

Commonly-used messages, such as "I am with a patient", can now be stored in your device as quick messages. This enables you to respond immediately to common situations. You can create your own quick messages or use quick messages that your administrator has defined for you.

When your iOS device is using VCS, and you switch from one site to another, the VCG server list is now updated properly.
VCS-15367, VCS-15377 - VCS Application data now cannot be backed up to the Apple cloud.
This increases security and prevents application data restoration to a different device.
VCS-16481, VCS-16482 - On-call and escalation distribution lists now sorted properly.
When you are viewing an on-call distribution list or an escalation distribution list, the users in the list are now sorted in the correct order.
VCS-16956 - Audio now working properly when calls automatically answered while app is in background.
When you receive an urgent call while your app is in the background, and the call is automatically answered, the audio for this call is now working properly. There will be a short delay before an audio session starts for all Vocera calls and broadcasts.
