How to Enable Favor Frequently Called for Users

The Favor Frequently Called feature for users function is based on the premise that users call the same set of users on a regular basis.

The list of users in the Favor Frequently Called feature is used to prefer the frequently called members in the voice recognition result. Buddies are automatically added to the frequently called list and stored in the same database as other frequently called users.

You can enable or disable the Favor Frequently Called feature for users globally and for individual users in the Administration Console:

In addition, you can override defaults and other settings for the Favor Frequently Called feature for users in Default > Advanced Speech Recognition. For more information, see Choosing Advanced Speech Settings.

To enable Favor Frequently Called Users:
  1. In the Administration Console, choose System > Preferences.
  2. In the Favor Frequently Called box, select Enable for Users.
  3. Click Save Changes. The default is now set for all users to have Frequently Called Users enabled.
