Use the fields in the Group Membership section to remove groups.
Important: Not all users have the required permission to remove all
groups. Contact your system administrator to learn more about permissions
related to your user account.

In My Profile scroll down to the Group Membership section, and click the drop down arrow at
the right hand side to view all the groups that you have membership.

Click the Delete icon next to the group that you wish to
delete.

Select one of the following from the top right hand corner of the My Profile page:
- Save — to save your changes.
- Cancel — to cancel the delete action.
