Declining a Call Using the Genie

For an incoming call, the name of the caller, role, and the options accept and decline are displayed. Answering "No" to the Genie, disconnects the call and informs the caller that you are not available.

To decline calls on a Smartbadge using the Genie, perform one of the following:
